FUNctional Fitness
A functional fitness class focusing on fun!
Cardio and strength training combined to train your body for everyday movements.

30 minute low impact workout combining weights & Pilates exercises, a firm favourite on the timetable.

Full Body Workout
A 45 minute workout combining cardio, resistance training and core work to ensure you've had a full body workout.

Combat Core
A high energy non contact workout that combines combat choreography, strength and core exercises.
Low impact options are always available making it a great workout for all fitness levels.

Stretch & Flex
40 minute stretch workout. We work on flexibility, agility, balance, co-ordination and strength combining fitness yoga and fitness Pilates exercises.
Please bring a mat with you if you have one.

Gem's Fitness Walking Group
Join us at our FREE monthly walking group. We walk between 3-6 miles picking a local route each time.

FitMom Boot Camp
40 minute boot camp workout suitable for post natal moms (6 weeks natural birth, 12 weeks c-section) Babies & children welcome. You don't have to be a mom to attend this class, its just very mom/baby/child friendly!

Clubbercise
45 minutes of dancing in the dark with disco lights and glow sticks to awesome tunes! So much fun
and you'll get a full body workout too.

Country Fit
40 minutes of fitness fun! A class combining Country dance, Scottish Dancing, Line Dancing and Aerobics. We enjoy dress up week on occasion too!

Dance Fit
45 minute dance workout. Lots of fun as we dance our way to fitness with easy to follow routines

Active Seniors
This session is a fun fitness class designed for the older adult. 30 minutes of low impact dance routines to songs from throughout the decades followed by resistance training, Pilates, balance & posture work. No floor work, the whole class is standing.

Fitness Pilates is a 40 minute fitness Pilates class where we focus just on you! Improve your posture, release stress, allow the endorphins to flow, increase your range of movement along with your core strength and balance. Please bring a mat with you if you have one.

30 minute body conditioning workout focusing on your Legs, Bums & Tums.

Pump & Tone
30 minute workout using hand weights and a weighted bar. You'll work every muscle group and this class is perfect to help build strength, burn fat, improve muscle tone and improve bone density.
